Improving cancer journeys survey

UCL Partners and Macmillan Cancer Support are working together to ensure people with cancer have access to the practical, emotional and physical support they need to stay in treatment.

As part of this work, they have created a short survey, and we want to hear from people affected by cancer in Southend to better understand the challenges they face, what support they need to help them keep their lives on track and how things could be improved.

The survey is open to anyone living in Southend who has been affected by cancer and will close on Sunday 21 July 2024. It is also available in multiple languages.

If you have any issues accessing the survey or would like to request the survey in a different format or language please contact emma.mordaunt@uclpartners.com.  However, please note this is an anonymous survey and therefore this survey cannot be used to communicate with your healthcare team. If you have any queries or concerns about your health or symptoms, contact your healthcare team directly.
