Help Shape Mental Health Services in Southend

NHS Mid and South Essex integrated care system want to hear from local people about their experiences of community mental health services.
Whether you’ve used these services yourself or supported a friend, family member, or loved one, your feedback is incredibly important.
By sharing your experiences, whether good, bad, or somewhere in between, you can help make sure mental health services reflect what really matters to the people who use them.
Have you used or supported someone using any of the following services?
NHS Talking Therapies (previously known as IAPT)
Recovery College
Healthy Minds (formerly Wellbeing Hubs, Happy Hubs, 18–25s and Positive Pathways)
Depression & Wellbeing Calls
Individual Placement & Support (IPS)
Mental Health Practitioners in GP Practices – Core Services
Physical Health Checks for people with Severe Mental Illness (SMI)
Your experiences will help those who commission the services understand what’s working well and where improvements are needed in Southend and across the wider mid and south Essex area.
The survey closes at 5pm on Wednesday 18 February
It only takes a few minutes to complete and all responses are completely anonymous.
If you would like to tell about any health and social care services you have or do use in Southend, we are here to listen, email us at info@healthwatchsouthend.co.uk or call us on 01702 416320
