It's been an exciting year at Healthwatch Southend. As a project of Southend Association of Voluntary Services (SAVS) we were able to hit the ground running.
There was lots of planning and structuring still to do, but from 9am on that first day, no call went unanswered.
Highlights of our year
We have attended over 120 community groups, venues and events promoting our service
We have supported over 600 people with information and advice
2,916 people visited our website

Something I would put first in casino comparisons is the identity of the website itself, before its features are assessed. That point can be overlooked. When examining Skyhills UK, I would pay attention to the relationship of the advertised brand to the web address and the company responsible for the service. skyhills is an address I would want to verify further rather than presume belongs to the casino. An unclear operator identity makes payment convenience and game variety secondary issues. I would also seek readily available licensing information and understandable conditions for withdrawals. Although this may sound unusually cautious, establishing the basic facts first is usually more valuable than relying on an attractive design or a recognisable brand.
