Have you or someone you care for had to use NHS services during a mental health crisis?

The NHS in Mid & South Essex wants to make sure mental health crisis services work better for everyone. By sharing your experience, whether as a service user or a carer, you’ll help them understand what’s working, what’s not, and how things could be improved.

Your feedback will help shape future services so they’re easier to access, more joined-up, and better suited to people’s needs. You don’t need to answer every question, and there’s space to share anything that feels important to you.

The survey will be open for just over a month and close on 30th September 2025.
