We’ve looked at the data about GP appointments in Southend for the month of February 2024.
72.8% of GP appointments in Southend were face-to-face, compared to 60.2% in England as a whole​.
GPs saw patients on the same day, or the next day, in 68.1% of cases, compared to 59.9% in England​.
The number of face to face GP appointments has gone up by 27% since April 2023.
