We’ve looked at the data about GP appointments in Southend for the month of January 2024.
73.7% of GP appointments in Southend were face-to-face, compared to 60.1% in England as a whole.
GPs saw patients on the same day, or the next day, in 70.4% of cases, compared to 61.4% in England.
The number of face to face GP appointments has gone up by 38% since April 2023.
