You may have heard in the news recently about a report from Healthwatch England, talking about people’s experience of getting a cancer referral. In their report, they write that
Healthwatch Southend acts as the voice of local people who use NHS and social care services. We take your experiences to leaders in the NHS and City Council with the aim of getting improvements to care. Equally, we celebrate the good things which happen.
