Pride Month is a celebration of identity, diversity and equality. It’s also a reminder of the challenges many LGBTQ+ people still face – particularly when it comes to mental health.

Did you know that LGBTQ+ people are significantly more likely to experience mental health problems – and more likely to consider or attempt suicide? These stark realities highlight the importance of support, allyship and open conversations.

The Let’s Talk About Suicide training is a free, 20-minute online course that equips you with the confidence to talk about suicide and signpost to help. Whether you’re part of the LGBTQ+ community or an ally, this training could help you save a life.

Join us this Pride Month in making a difference. Take the training. Start the conversation. https://letstalkaboutsuicide.co.uk/
