About this event
As the COVID 19 pandemic continues, we will be hosting this Advisory Board Meeting via the online Zoom app. We will discuss local Health and Social Care issues, and how we as a community can make a difference.
Healthwatch Southend welcomes questions from members of the public about the items being discussed at Advisory Board meetings held in public.
We have 25 places available for this meeting; allocation will follow the date / time order as requests are received; this number is to allow us to test out new technology. The first 25 respondents will be contacted with meeting entry and etiquette details.
Please email all questions to firstname.lastname@example.org by the 28th September 12 noon to enable a verbal response to be provided wherever possible. Questions and responses provided at the meeting are recorded in the minutes of the meeting which are posted on our website prior to the next Advisory Board meeting in public. If you are not able to make the meeting, or it is full, you are still welcome to submit questions to the email address above.
If it is not possible to fully answer a question during the meeting, a written response will be provided directly to the relevant person.
Due to time constraints and dependant on the number of people who wish to ask questions, it might be necessary for the Chair to restrict the number of questions per person. If this is necessary, you are welcome to submit further questions by email and a written response will be provided.
If you are asking the question on behalf of an organisation or company that has an interest in the issue you are raising, please make this clear.
If you would like to reserve a place, or request more information please make sure you contact us.
