Mental Health Wellbeing and Crisis Café Consultation Southend CCG and Castle Point and Rochford CCG

19/03/2019

Southend Clinical Commissioning Group and Castle Point & Rochford Clinical Commissioning group are currently undergoing a period of public consultation/engagement regarding a proposed new community resource: A wellbeing hub/café and a community crisis resource. This would be for residents of both Southend and Castle Point & Rochford.

We would like to take this opportunity to gather some views from people with a lived experience of mental ill health. If you would like to participate in our survey, please click here.

We are also seeking our views on a proposal for a new community resource which is aimed to be operational from September 2019. If you would like to give us your views, please click here to take our survey.

If you would like more information about this project please contact: Joanne Tyler, Strategy and Commissioning Manager (Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Dementia) on Mobile: 0777 9982395 / Email: joanne.tyler1@nhs.net.
